1. Disconnect in Your Portal
Signed in, open Getting set up and choose Disconnect next to Instagram or YouTube. We stop collecting from that account straight away and delete our access to it.
2. Remove Our Access on the Platform
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → Creators MG → Remove access.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Creators MG → Remove.
- YouTube (Google): myaccount.google.com/permissions → Creators MG → Remove access.
3. Ask Us to Delete Your Data
Use the form below, or email privacy@creatorsmg.com from the address on your account. Choose one platform’s data or your whole account.
4. What Happens Next
- We confirm your request by email, with a reference, within 2 business days.
- Within 30 days we delete the platform data and account details you asked about, and email you when it’s done.
- We keep only what the law makes us keep: payment and tax records, and signed agreements. Campaign results already delivered to a brand stay with that brand.
