Contracts
rights and exclusivity.

We prepare the agreement for every deal or bundle: what you'll post on each platform, when, for how much, what the brand may do with it afterwards and which competitors you'll stay away from. The brand signs online, and every date in it is tracked until it runs out.

What's included

What every agreement pins down.

The questions that cause arguments three months later, answered in writing before anything is posted.

Deliverables per platform

Each video, Reel, Story, integration or Short by name, with its platform and the date it goes up.

The fee and when it's paid

The full amount the brand pays, when it's invoiced, and your 80%, paid within 7 days of the brand paying.

Usage rights

Whether the brand may reuse your content, where, and for how long, written as an end date you can read at a glance.

Ad rights on each platform

Spark Ads on TikTok, partnership ads on Instagram, reuse in ads on YouTube. Each is its own paid line with its own window.

Exclusivity

Which category and competitors you'll avoid, from when until when. Logged the moment it's signed, so the next offer is checked against it.

Signed online, kept with the deal

The brand signs on its screen. The signed copy sits on the deal in your portal, next to the drafts and the payment.

The routine

How it runs.

From the terms we negotiated to the day the last right expires.

  1. Terms agreed

We negotiate the deal with you in the loop. Nothing goes into a contract you haven't said yes to.

  2. Contract drawn up

Deliverables, dates, fee, usage rights and exclusivity, from the deal itself, so the paperwork and the plan can't disagree.

  3. Signed online

The brand signs online. The signed copy is stored with the deal and visible to you in your portal.

  4. Dates watched

Usage and ad-rights windows and exclusivity periods are tracked, with a warning before each one ends.

In detail

How this actually works.

The parts of contracts & rights that matter once you are inside it.

A contract that comes from the deal

The deal page and the contract are the same record. The deliverables, dates and fee you agreed to are what the contract says, because the contract is drawn from them, not retyped. That's how you avoid the classic argument where the brief says three Stories and the contract says two.

One deal across several platforms is still one contract: a TikTok, a Reel with Stories and a YouTube integration from you, with each deliverable listed under its platform. The brand signs it online and the signed copy is kept with the deal, where you can open it whenever you like.

Usage rights with an end date

A brand that wants to reuse your content, on its own page, on its site or in ads, is buying something valuable. So it's written down: what it can use, where, and until when, as a date rather than a phrase.

Ad rights are their own line on each platform. On TikTok it's a Spark Ads code; on Instagram, partnership ads that run your post from the brand's account; on YouTube, reuse of your segment in the brand's own ads. Each has a window. We track it, warn the team before it ends, and when it has ended the brand is told to stop or to renew and pay for more time.

Exclusivity, and the deal it would have cost you

Exclusivity means you won't work with a competitor for a while. It's a fair thing for a brand to ask and to pay for, and it's also the easiest way to lose your next deal by accident.

Every lock you agree to is logged with its category, the brand and its end date, and so are the ones you tell us about when you join. When a new offer comes in from a different brand in a locked category, and it would start before your lock ends, it's flagged as a clash instead of reaching you to sign, with the first date it could start instead.

Competitor mentions, caught while a lock runs

A clause is only as good as what actually gets posted. While an exclusivity period is running, the captions and titles of your new posts on every connected platform are checked for competing brand names and the category's own words.

If something matches, your team gets an alert with the post and the words that triggered it, so a mention can be fixed with you before the brand notices it, rather than after.

For brands

One agreement, every creator.

On a campaign with several creators you sign one agreement online, covering who posts what, when, for how much, and what you may do with it afterwards.

Rights you can rely on

Usage and ad rights written per platform with clear dates, so your paid team knows exactly what it can run.

Exclusivity enforced

Creators are checked for clashing deals before they're offered to you, and watched for competitor mentions while yours runs.

Signed copy on the campaign

The agreement sits with your campaign in the portal, beside the drafts and the results.

Questions

Before you ask.

What creators ask about contracts, rights and exclusivity.

Do I sign the brand contract?

You approve the deal and its terms before anything is drawn up, and the brand signs the contract online. You can open the signed copy on the deal in your portal at any time.

What are usage rights?

Permission for the brand to reuse your content, on its own channels or in ads, for a set period. They're written into the contract with an end date and priced as part of the deal, because they're worth money to the brand.

What happens when usage rights run out?

We track every window and warn before it ends. When it has ended, the brand is told to stop using the content or to pay to renew. Spark Ads codes are handled the same way.

I already have an exclusive deal. Will you work around it?

Yes. Tell us about it when you set up, with the category and the date it ends, and it's logged as a lock. Offers from competing brands that would start before it ends are flagged instead of being sent to you.

How do you spot competitor mentions?

While an exclusivity period runs, the captions and titles of your new posts are checked for competing brand names and words from the locked category. A match sends your team an alert with the post, so it can be fixed with you quickly.

I'm under 18. Who signs?

Your parent or guardian co-signs your agreement with us before you start. Some categories, including alcohol, gambling, diet products and vaping, are never offered to under-18s at all.
