Content
planned with you, posted on time.

Brand posts and your own, on all three platforms, in one shared calendar with dates and briefs. Your team drafts the words, suggests what to cross-post and publishes what you've approved at the time your own followers are online. Nothing goes on it, or out, without your OK.

What's included

Everything between the idea and the post.

The planning and admin around your content, done by your team, decided by you.

One shared calendar

Every planned post on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, brand deliverables and your own, with its date, its brief and where it stands.

Cross-posting, handled

A TikTok that worked can go out as an Instagram Reel and a YouTube Short too. We suggest which and when, and post them once you approve.

Publishing what you approved

Approved posts go out at the time you approved, on the platform you approved. If anything changes after your OK, it comes back to you.

Hooks, captions and titles

Drafted with AI from your own best-performing posts on each platform, then read by a person, then sent to you to approve or rewrite.

YouTube description builder

Disclosure first, then your summary, the sponsor's link and code, chapters, your links and hashtags, in the order YouTube rewards.

What works for you

The words, topics and hashtags in your captions that go with more views than your average, so planning starts from evidence.

The routine

How it runs.

Every post, brand or your own, follows the same steps.

  1. It goes on the calendar

A brand deliverable with its due date, or an idea of yours, with a short brief and the platform it's for.

  2. Words are drafted

Hook and caption for TikTok, caption and hashtags for Instagram, title, description and tags for YouTube, in your voice.

  3. You approve

The post, the words and the time. Change anything you like. Only your OK moves it forward.

  4. It's published on time

At the slot you approved, often your own best window. Cross-posts follow on the other platforms if you said yes.

In detail

How this actually works.

The parts of content planning that matter once you are inside it.

Your approval is the gate, every time

Nothing is published from your accounts unless you've approved that post, its words and its time. That isn't a setting; it's how the calendar works. A post your team has planned sits waiting on you until you say yes.

If your team changes anything after you've approved it, a caption, a time, a cut, it goes back to you. Your OK was for that version at that time, and it doesn't carry over to a different one. The one exception is a LIVE, because a LIVE is you going live, not something posted for you.

One video, three platforms

The cheapest reach you'll ever get is a video you already made. When a TikTok does well, we suggest posting it as an Instagram Reel and a YouTube Short too, each with its own caption or title written for that platform, at the best time for that audience.

Each cross-post is its own item on the calendar, waiting on your approval like anything else. When it goes up, it's matched to the post it became, so you can see how the same video did on each platform.

Words drafted from what already works for you

Your team can draft hooks, captions, hashtags, titles and descriptions with AI. The examples it learns from are your own best posts on that platform, ranked by views and engagement, so the drafts sound like you on a good day rather than like everyone else.

A person reads every draft before you see it. You approve it, edit it or throw it away. Instagram captions are kept to Instagram's length and hashtag limits, and YouTube titles to YouTube's.

YouTube descriptions, with the rules built in

A sponsored YouTube description should carry its disclosure in the first line, above where YouTube cuts the text off. Chapters only show if the first starts at 0:00 and there are at least three. Only the first few hashtags appear above the title.

The description builder handles all of that: disclosure, summary, the sponsor's tracked link and code, chapters, the links from the video, your usual links, and hashtags. You read the result and approve it with the video.

Questions

Before you ask.

What creators ask about content planning before they apply.

Will you post things without asking me?

No. Every post on your calendar waits for your approval, and if anything changes after you approve it, it comes back to you. We only publish what you've approved, at the time you approved.

Do you make the content?

You make it. We plan it with you, draft the words, handle cross-posting and publish what you've approved, so the only job left is the part only you can do.

Are the captions written by AI?

Drafted with AI, from your own best posts, then read by a person on your team before they reach you. You approve, edit or reject every one. Nothing goes out in words you haven't seen.

Can I keep posting things myself?

Of course. Your accounts are yours. Posts you make yourself still count in your stats once your accounts are connected, so your numbers and your plan stay complete.

How do you know my best time to post?

From your own audience. Instagram and YouTube tell us when your followers are online, and on TikTok we use when your own videos have done best. It's worked out per platform, in your time zone, and only once there's enough of your own history to say.

Make it. We'll get it out.
