Growth
from your own numbers.

Brand deals follow reach, so we help you grow it. Advice built from your own accounts on each platform, not a generic posting guide: when your followers are online, which posts deserve a second life, goals you set with us, how you compare in your niche, and collabs with creators we represent.

What's included

Five tools, one aim.

Each one built from your connected accounts, so the advice is about you and not about creators in general.

Best time to post

When your own followers are most active on each platform, in your time zone, from your account rather than from a chart about everyone.

Repost suggestions

Which of your posts did well enough to go out again on another platform, and the best slot to post it there.

Goals per platform

Followers, views, posts or engagement by a date, set with your team, with progress you can check in your portal every day.

Benchmarks in your niche

Your growth, engagement, posting rhythm and views per post against other creators in your niche on the same platform.

Collabs with other creators

Creators we represent whose audience overlaps yours without being the same, at a similar size, set up for both of you.

A posting rhythm

Each platform flagged when it has gone quiet for longer than usual, before the gap shows up in your reach and in your media kit.

The routine

How it runs.

Growth is reviewed the same way for every creator, on every platform she uses.

  1. Connect your accounts

Through each platform's official sign-in. Daily snapshots of your followers, views and engagement start from there.

  2. Set goals together

One or more per platform: a number and a date, picked with your team so it's ambitious and still believable.

  3. Act on the suggestions

Best times, reposts and collabs land in your portal. Anything that would post goes on your calendar for approval.

  4. Check the pace

Every goal shows whether you're on pace or behind, worked out from the time gone and the distance covered.

In detail

How this actually works.

The parts of growth that matter once you are inside it.

Best times from your audience, not everyone's

Generic best-time charts average millions of accounts that aren't yours. Instagram and YouTube tell us when your own followers are online, hour by hour, and on TikTok we use when your own videos have done best. Either way it's shifted into your time zone.

A window only counts once there's enough of your history behind it, so one video that took off at 3am doesn't send you to bed at dawn. The best time for each platform shows next to anything you're about to approve on the calendar.

Second lives for posts that worked

Some of your posts deserve another platform. Repost suggestions pick the ones that did well where they first went up and suggest where they could go next, a TikTok as a Reel or a Short, with the slot that suits the new audience.

A repost you accept goes on your calendar for approval like anything else. When it's posted, it's matched to the post it became so you can see whether the second life paid off.

Goals, and whether you're on pace

A goal is a number and a date for one platform: followers, views, posts or engagement. You set it with your team, and the portal shows progress every day.

Pace is worked out from how much of the time has gone against how much of the distance you've covered, with a little grace so being a hair behind on a Tuesday doesn't read as failing. When a goal falls genuinely behind, your team sees it the same day you do.

Benchmarks and collabs from the roster

How you compare matters more than raw numbers. Benchmarks put your growth, engagement, posting rhythm and views per post next to the average of other creators in your niche on the same platform. When a niche is too small to compare fairly, it says so and compares you with the whole roster on that platform instead.

Collabs are suggested from creators we represent: audiences that overlap in countries and ages without being identical, a similar size so neither side is used as the other's shortcut, and ideally one strong where the other is new. Creators under 18 are only ever paired with other creators under 18, and adults with adults.

Questions

Before you ask.

What creators ask about growth support.

Do you buy followers or use engagement groups?

No. Bought followers and engagement pods are exactly what brands check for, and exactly what our own audience check flags. Growth here comes from posting at the right time, giving good posts a second life, and collabs with real creators.

Who sets my goals?

You and your team, together. A goal is one number on one platform by one date. You can change or drop it at any time.

Who are the creators you'd pair me with?

Other creators we represent, picked because your audiences overlap without being the same and you're a similar size. You see the suggestion first and nothing is arranged unless both of you want it.

I'm 16. Can I do collabs?

Yes, with other creators who are also under 18. Creators under 18 are never paired with adults for a collab, on any platform.

What happens if I fall behind on a goal?

Your team sees it the same day you do, and works out with you what to change: when you post, what gets a second life on another platform, a collab, or a date that's more realistic. A goal is a tool, not a test.
