1. Who We Are
Creators MG (“we”, “our”, “us”) runs creatorsmg.com: brand-deal and campaign management for creators on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to have it deleted. Questions go to privacy@creatorsmg.com.
2. What We Collect
- Your application: name, email, phone, country, date of birth, and your TikTok, Instagram and YouTube handles.
- Your account: login details, signed agreements, the brands and categories you’ll work with or avoid, and your rates.
- Payment and tax details: what we need to pay you and to send tax forms. We don’t store card numbers or bank passwords.
- Brand contacts: the name, company and email of brands that book creators through us.
- Site usage: pages visited and basic device information, counted by our own analytics. No third-party trackers.
3. Connected Platform Data
When you connect an account through the platform’s own sign-in screen, we receive only what you approve on that screen.
- TikTok: your basic profile (name, username, photo), profile details (bio, link, verified status), account stats (followers, following, likes, video count) and your public videos with their stats. Read-only: we can’t post to or change your TikTok account.
- Instagram: your profile, posts and insights; comments and messages, so your team can answer brand inquiries; and permission to publish posts you’ve approved.
- YouTube: your channel, videos and YouTube Analytics; comment management; and uploading videos you’ve approved. Revenue data only if you turn it on separately.
4. How We Use It
- To build and update your media kit, and to pitch you to brands.
- To report campaign results (views, reach, clicks, retention) to the brand that booked that campaign.
- To show you your own stats, growth tools and payments in your portal.
- To publish posts and reply to comments only where you’ve approved it.
- To pay you, send statements, and meet tax and legal duties.
We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising, or use platform data to train AI models.
6. Keeping and Deleting It
You can disconnect Instagram or YouTube in your portal under Getting set up, and remove our access to any of the three on the platform itself (below). Either way we stop collecting straight away and delete our access to that account. Posts and stats already collected stay in your media kit and reports until you ask us to delete them, which we do within 30 days, except campaign results already delivered to a brand.
You can also remove our access on the platform itself: TikTok (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions), Instagram (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites) or Google (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
To delete your whole account, use the data deletion page or email privacy@creatorsmg.com. We keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires.
7. Creators Under 18
Creators can join from 16 with a parent or guardian who co-signs the agreement. We never send marketing email to under-18s, and never pitch them for alcohol, gambling, diet products or vaping. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8. Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK or the EU) you may have further rights. Email privacy@creatorsmg.com and we’ll answer within 30 days.
9. Security
Platform access tokens are encrypted at rest, the site is served only over HTTPS, and staff access is limited to the people running your deals. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we’ll tell you promptly.
