YouTube
Sponsors who see it watched.

We sell sponsorships on your channel, from a segment inside your next video to a whole video about a launch, and Shorts on their own or alongside. Brands get proof people watched the part they paid for, read from YouTube itself.

What's included

What we sell on your channel.

Four kinds of deliverable, long-form and short, booked alone or as a bundle.

Integrated mentions

A sponsor segment of roughly 30 to 90 seconds inside a regular video, usually in the first few minutes, with its start and end logged.

Dedicated videos

A whole video about the brand's product, for launches, reviews and tutorials, where the product is the subject rather than a break from it.

Shorts

Vertical videos under a minute, booked on their own or added to an integration so the brand reaches your Shorts viewers too.

Community posts

A post on your Community tab, the cheapest way for a brand to add a reminder or a code after the video is out.

Reuse in ads, by contract

When the agreement allows it, the brand can use your segment in its own ads for the period written in the contract. Priced as its own line.

Descriptions built for you

The disclosure line first, the sponsor's link and code, chapters and your links, assembled into a description you approve before it goes up.

The routine

How it runs.

The same order for every YouTube deal, integration or Short.

  1. Connect with Google's own sign-in

You see what's being asked for before you agree. Views, watch time, retention and your audience come from YouTube Analytics.

  2. We pitch, you decide

Offers come to you with the brand, the fee, the deliverables and the dates, and nothing is agreed without your yes.

  3. The brand approves the cut

Drafts go to the brand in the campaign portal, which comments at the exact timestamp it means. You publish the approved version.

  4. Segment logged, retention read

We log where the sponsor segment starts and ends and read how many viewers stayed through it, for the brand's report.

In detail

How this actually works.

The parts of a YouTube deal that are different from TikTok and Instagram.

Proof people watched the part the brand paid for

A view count says someone opened the video. It doesn't say they sat through the ninety seconds the brand paid for, and that's the question a sponsor actually has.

So we log the exact start and end of the sponsor segment on the deal, then read YouTube's audience retention for that stretch: of the viewers still watching when the segment began, the share still there when it ended. It comes from YouTube Analytics on your own channel, so neither side has to take anyone's word for it.

A strong number there is the best argument for a higher fee next time, and it's yours to keep in your media kit.

Long-form and Shorts are sold and reported apart

A Short and an integration are different things to a brand: one is a quick reach play, the other is minutes of attention. We price them separately, and a Short is only ever matched as proof for a Short deliverable, a long video only for an integration or a dedicated video.

When we pitch you, we quote long-form and Shorts apart too, so a channel whose Shorts get large views isn't sold as though every long video does the same, and the other way round.

Descriptions with the boring parts done

A sponsored YouTube description has rules. The disclosure belongs in the first line, above where YouTube cuts the text off. Chapters only show when the first starts at 0:00 and there are at least three. Only the first few hashtags appear above the title.

Our description builder puts all of that together for you: the disclosure, your summary, the sponsor's tracked link and code, chapters, your own links and hashtags, in an order that works. You read it, change what you like and approve it.

Titles, timing and repeats

Your team can draft titles and descriptions with AI written from your own best videos, so they sound like your channel. A person reads every one and you approve it before anything is published.

We also work out when your subscribers are actually online, so an approved video or Short goes up at the time your own audience is around, and we suggest which TikToks or Reels are worth posting again as Shorts.

Before you apply

What you need on YouTube.

A channel you own

Connected through Google's sign-in by the account that owns it, which is what lets us read retention from YouTube Analytics.

Regular uploads

Long videos, Shorts or both. Brands look at what you've posted lately, so a steady schedule matters more than one big video.

No subscriber minimum

What matters is how many of your subscribers watch. A smaller channel whose viewers stay can get deals.

16 or older

From 16 with a parent or guardian co-signing. Alcohol, gambling, diet products and vaping are never pitched to anyone under 18.

Custom emotes

Emoji for your channel members.

If your channel has memberships, our team can design custom emoji around you. You approve each one in your portal, then add them in YouTube Studio with the pack and steps we give you.

Designed from your brief

Your face, your catchphrases, your colours, checked at the small size members see in live chat.

Ready to add

Each approved emoji as a square PNG with a transparent background, plus the full-size original and the Studio steps.

About custom emotes

We check YouTube Studio's current limits before design starts.

Questions

Before you ask.

What YouTube creators ask us before they apply.

Do I need to be in the YouTube Partner Program?

No. Brand deals don't depend on it. Ad revenue, memberships and Super Chat only come with the Partner Program, and if you have them we track them next to your deal income, but they're not a requirement to work with us.

What does sponsor-segment retention actually measure?

Of the viewers who were still watching when your sponsor segment started, the share still watching when it ended. We log the segment's start and end on the deal and read the figure from YouTube Analytics on your channel.

Do you take a share of my ad revenue or memberships?

No. Our flat 20% is on brand deals only. Ad revenue, memberships and Super Chat and Super Thanks are paid by YouTube to you and stay yours.

Can you upload to my channel?

Only what you've approved, at the time you approved it. You connect through Google's own sign-in, see what's being asked before you agree, and can disconnect from your portal at any time.

Is a Short priced the same as an integration?

No. They're different things to a brand and are priced, matched and reported separately. Plenty of deals combine them: an integration in a long video and a Short cut from the same shoot.

Where does the sponsor segment go in my video?

Wherever you and the brand agree, written on the deal. Most integrations sit in the first few minutes, but it's your video and the placement is part of the negotiation.
